2009 Fisker Karma
Fisker Automotive is a new car company billing itself as "a green American premium sports car company with a mission to create a range of beautiful environmentally friendly cars that make environmental sense without compromise," the company's Web site reports. As for Fisker's Karma, it gets 100 mpg on average and can race from 0-60 in about six seconds with a top speed of 125 mph, according to government-fleet.com. The car is powered by its lithium ion batteries for up to 50 miles.
